Delivery Areas

We currently provide delivery services throughout Bangladesh, including Dhaka and other districts outside Dhaka, subject to courier availability.

Some remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days
• Remote areas: 3–5 working days or longer depending on courier service

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated according to the customer’s delivery location and the applicable offer at the time of purchase.

Any applicable delivery charge will be communicated during the ordering process.

From time to time, MiaFilmia Fragrance may offer free delivery or special shipping promotions. Such offers may have specific conditions and may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after confirmation by our customer service team.

Before dispatch, our team may contact you by phone or message to confirm:

• Customer name
• Phone number
• Delivery address
• Product and quantity
• Applicable delivery charge

Orders may be cancelled if we are unable to confirm the order or if the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations.

For COD orders, customers are required to pay the full order amount, including any applicable delivery charge, to the courier representative upon receiving the parcel.

Please ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the order.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer:

• Does not answer the phone
• Provides an incorrect address
• Refuses to receive the parcel
• Is unavailable at the delivery location
• Provides incorrect or incomplete information

the parcel may be returned to MiaFilmia Fragrance.

Additional delivery charges may apply if the customer requests the parcel to be dispatched again.

Repeated refusal or failure to receive confirmed orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery orders.

Changing Your Delivery Information

If you need to change your delivery address or contact information, please contact MiaFilmia Fragrance as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

Although we work with trusted courier partners, MiaFilmia Fragrance cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time frame.

If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered by the courier, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please check your parcel when you receive it.

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• The wrong product
• A missing item
• A product with another confirmed issue

please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photos or video evidence.

Such cases will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
